Comment: At one of the worst times in my life, Darryl came along and gave me some hope for the future. Just days after my mom passed and my dad got out of a nursing home, Darryl stopped me from selling for what my parents worked their whole life for pennies of the dollar it seemed to an investor. He treated me more like a big brother than a realtor, and now thanks to his generosity, knowledge and kindness, things are finally beginning to look up for me and my dad. Comment: Darryl and his assistant Doti are the best team Ive ever met. Surprisingly, they were the sellers agent and I, the buyer, chose them as a dual agent. As you may guess, my expectation wasnt too high to speak for me. But they really care for my need and always did their best to listen to me. Darryl and Doti always answer me back right away and never forgot follow-up check either. Since my experience couldnt be better, I really want people to know how good they are and consider them as their next agent. I definitely recommend them with my two thumbs up.

While they always provided great recommendations, they also made it very clear we were in charge of deciding which recommendations worked for us. Darryl is not at all pushy!! They also have a Rolodex of any home and move-related service you might need along the way - all vetted and reasonably priced. Comment: Darryl and his team were great to work with! He was recommended to us by family.We started by staging our home (provided as a free service by Darryl) and then listing in October 2018 and scheduling open houses nearly every weekend from then until a couple weeks before Christmas. We had a hard time selling as the market had slowed down a lot and the area was varied in price for homes of the same or similar size. We ended up dropping our asking price several times to entice more buyers and eventually sold and closed escrow in March 2019.During that time we looked at many homes. We even found one that we thought was for us, submitted an offer and went into escrow. That was in November and December of 2018. Unfortunately that house ended up not being the one for us so we continued looking off and on until eventually we found the one for us in late February 2019.During this whole process Darryl was available to contact almost anytime of day via text. We mostly dealt with his associate Dodi however Darryl chimed in when needed. Dodi and Darryl usually got back to us within a few minutes of us texting. In the beginning my wife and I felt like there were communication issues and a disconnect, but that was probably our fault as we didnt really involve ourselves in the process. Once we starting involving ourselves more the communication was much better.Overall we are satisfied with working with Darryl and his team. It was a very long process for us but in the end definitely worth it!

What sealed the deal for me was Darryls negotiating skills and his philosophy of allowing the seller to take part in the whole selling process (if they want to). Thanks to Darryl and his team (Dodi in particular) I always knew what was going on and when. They helped me stage my townhouse and gave me some really great information about what to fix and what not to fix.They also were able to work beautifully with my buyer, who was coming in with a VA loan, and they understood what was necessary to close the deal without any delays.Because of Darryl and his teams advice, my townhome sold at the highest price ever recorded in my complex. I have to tell you, that feels pretty good!
