Comment: If youre a first-time home buyer in the Bay Area, Daniel is your guy.We had a somewhat complicated situation that Daniel navigated through with ease and we always felt like we were in good hands. Daniel helped us navigate the process and we had helped our friends in the past. Daniel is also bilingual (English, Spanish) and bicultural, he understands American and Latino culture, which was very helpful for us.---Daniel helped us find the apartment we were looking for. He was very patient with us and explained the process to us and helped us answer every question we had. Daniel also gave us several recommendations for financial advisors. We talked to several and in the end we chose the one who had the best offer for us. Comment: Daniel is a great realtor and is knowledgeable, transparent, and helpful, throughout the process of finding a new home. I highly recommend him for new home buyers since he takes the time to with with his clients to guide them, step-by-step, while making very reasonable suggestions.
