Comment: This is a great auction house with gorgeous pieces. It was my first time bidding and got 2 beautiful rings. The staff are helpful, especially Georgia who was so lovely. You can bid both in person or on the app which is very convenient. I highly recommend coming here to find your next treasure piece :)

Comment: My comments are purely from a local standpoint. I have not dealt with shipping regarding my purchases. I have purchased a few items from this auction house. I did have one issue wherein two items were missing from a lot that I had purchased. Although, I later received a call that the items had been found, the way items are handed over to purchasers needs to be more organized. I was told an itemized list can be received before the auction begins. It is important that when purchasing items you treat this as any other business transaction. Itemized lists should be asked for when considering a purchase, condition should be checked, and inquiries should be made as to the operating procedures of the auction house. I believe this auction house is a reputable business that needs to work on its operating procedures.

Comment: Hello! I asked two mailing companies to quote, their mailing price is too high, I decided to give up bidding! Because of the high cost of mailing (packaging and service fees are too high), the value of the goods themselves is not worth it. So, give you a suggestion, limit the price of the mailing company, or send it by your own company. In this way, the cost of mailing will be reduced, which is beneficial to bidders, promotes their purchase, and is also good for your auction. If the freight price is high, a large number of people may not dare to bid! Hope you guys consider it!

Comment: They have been super easy to deal with and very responsive. Ive dealt with buying from literally hundreds of auction houses over the years so believe me I know what Im talking about and how it can be a frustrating experience. I do appreciate the fact that they provide not only canvas size but framed size as well in their listings. They deserve more than a 3.3 on here.

Their service is good, staff is friendly and all my transactions have been dealt with in a professional manner. Bidding online can be a risky business at the best of times but I have found Clars to be trustworthy and efficient.

Comment: I have heard great things from a customer about where you can get a fair price for the art I have (since art is hard to sell around here), Ive called a few times for more than just a few questions and a few guys really have me their time and effort to help find out and help me.
