Comment: In my quest for a new Cartier watch I had the good fortune of contacting CJ Charles Jewelers and speaking with Esteban Garcia. He informed me the watch I was interested in was not available but should be in 2-4 weeks. As the watch was still not available after a month I made an appointment with Esteban to look at the Cartier watches currently in stock. At no point was there any pressure to make a purchase and so I had the luxury of taking my time to consider all models. I ended up falling in love with the Panthere De Cartier which I had not initially considered. Most importantly the watch was fitted perfectly and I was given thorough instruction on working with the clasp as my existing Cartier watch is the Tank model with a strap. This was such a lovely experience I wanted to take the time to thank Esteban and CJ Charles Jewelers. And thank you for the beautiful gift you included of a Cartier candle!

Comment: Can’t say enough nice things about the gentlemen at CJ Charles Jewelers! The clasp on my Cartier watch band would not stay shut. I had wrapped a bandaid around the clasp so I could wear my watch. Not the chicest of solutions. I happened to be walking by the store and decided to stop in to see if they could be of assistance. I was created immediately and explained my situation. One of the two gentlemen said they would see what they could, took my watch to the back and two minutes later returned with the clasp working perfectly. They would not accept any payment for their services. This kind of customer service and kindness is difficult if not impossible to find these days. Please go see the guys at CJ Charles Jewelers for all your watch needs!

Combined with one of the nicest, most empathetic sales associate I’ve ever met, and I’ve been in watch boutiques all over the world. Esteban took time to get to know me and my wife. Appreciated the elegant Ulysse Nardin I was wearing and clearly knows his watches. Then I felt so invited that I sat down and went exploring with him. Best of all, the boutique had the Panerai Luminor Chronograph with the white dial that just blew me away. We went walking after that and my wife said, “you should buy a watch from Esteban.” That blew me away almost more than the watch!! LOL. So I did!

Comment: Highly recommended! I arranged everything online with them as I ordered a second hand watch from Europe. They offered a nice relatively rare tuxedo dial Datejust on their website. When I was traveling in the US last month they sent it over by FedEx to my holiday address. Communication was always good and clear with quick replies and the price we agreed on was also very fair. Then when I received the watch I noticed straight away a small chip on the crystal edge quiet noticeable close to the Rolex crown. Although a second hand piece from 2005 can of course have its usual marks this bothered me a bit and I walked into a local watch shop in Vegas to get some info about what to do. They knew the people from CJ Charles and the guy immediately picked up the phone to discuss the issue. From thereon it all went super quick. Jonathan from CJ Charles offered straight away to fix the issue and replace the sapphire crystal. They FedExed it up and down for me to have it back several days later with a new sapphire crystal in it. 5-star service!

Comment: I just purchased a watch at CJ Charles. It was another wonderful transaction.The best thing about being a CJ Charles customer is that you feel like the member of an exclusive club. They remember you and your interests and call you by name when you enter the store. They throw the best watch and jewelry-themed holiday parties that bring in experts and unique exhibits from all the top brands. And, the care they take with their customers is matched only by their knowledge. I am a watch fan. CJ Charles is the only store in San Diego County where everyone working at the store is a watch fan as well. Walk in, ask about an obscure watch, and they will know the watch, have a better than normal chance of getting one if it is currently in production, and if it is vintage, know where to get it for you. As for jewelry, I must mention my wife spent years looking for the perfect “right hand” diamond ring. She found it at CJ Charles.I send my friends and family to CJ Charles. You should too.

Comment: I have been a client at CJ Charles for nearly 7 years now. Its my go to place for Panerai (located next door at their Boutique), IWC, and now most recently Patek Philippe since they started carrying them a few years back. I have referred many friends and family members to the store, knowing Vahid and his staff work hard to make every experience the best possible. Also, behind their Panerai Boutique is a service center with two watchmakers which can be seen behind glass. Any time I ever had an issue with a watch, Belinda was able to have the issue fixed and shipped out to me in a short amount of time.

Comment: I had been looking at watches for years, and prior to purchasing, I had been in stores that weren’t always good experiences. They weren’t welcoming; let alone helpful, whereas CJ Charles was the complete opposite. Brandon was incredibly welcoming and provided superior customer service than any other watch boutique I’d visited. Comment: Recently bought a pre owned pam292 which is now discontinued, two days after ownership dropped my new (to me) ceramic watch on ceramic tile and grenaded my bezel. I was freaked out and searched and searched and was pointed here. Belinda Ramos handled everything and was great. Sent me multiple shipping labels as my work schedule is very demanding finally was able to ship my brand new (to me) destroyed timepiece across country to some one I have never seen or met. Had them do full service, crystal and new bezel watch is beautiful and now I am afraid to wear it. At least I know its good for another 5 years unless I drop it again! Thanks Belinda! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
