Comment: Im a commercial real estate broker in the Los Angeles area and I asked Jennifer for her assistance in reviewing a particular propertys financial data as well as getting comparables for the area as Im not familiar with the San Diego marketplace. She did so in a timely manner as well as did a non-invasive drive by to get a better idea of the area and property itself. Comment: I had a commercial client with a very urgent matter this past winter of 15-16. The client was sure that an appraisal on his undeveloped lot could improve his negotiating position. Jennifer came recommended to me from another San Diego residential appraiser. When I called her she told me that she did not believe my client would benefit from an appraisal, saving my client thousands of dollars. and both of us a great deal of time. She also provided me with the name of one of the best local commercial brokers to assist me and my client. This commercial broker was very well suited for my clients needs. She followed up with me a few months later to see how things went. This professional is very knowledgeable about commercial real estate in general, was prompt, and courteous, and goes out of her way to be helpful.
