Comment: Brian Ward is the complete package and more. He is professional, responsive to all correspondence and - the extra quality - hes extremely personable. With Brian, not only are you dealing with a skilled appraiser who is obviously extremely knowledgeable of real estate marketing trends but also one who has the people skills to make his clients comfortable and confident in his abilities.Im currently in a Chapter 13 bankruptcy and had to quickly get an appraisal for the bankruptcy trustee. Brian completed the appraisal within the confirmation hearing deadline of 1/20/21. Not only that, but when I pointed out that I had previously used him for an appraisal and asked for a copy for that appraisal, he sent it and didnt charge me after he took the time to hear why I needed it. I now have a San Diego property appraiser because anytime I need one, I know I have Brian to turn to. His appraisals are accurate according to current market conditions and he does an outstanding job of presenting this for whatever purpose anyone needs.I would also confidently refer his services to anyone needing an appraiser.Thank you, Brian!

Comment: When researching someone who is honest, very responsive to your questions, then Brian is the person to choose. I did find him on Yelp but I also looked at his google reviews. Comment: NEVER will you meet a more professional, thorough, courteous and intelligent appraiser as Brian Ward. Having bought and sold several properties, I can tell you in no uncertain terms that this guy is the best in his field, and puts all the other appraisers I have ever dealt with in the past to shame. Comment: Brian completed an appraisal for me recently. I had contacted a few other businesses but they either never replied to my calls and emails. Brian emailed me back within minutes with the information on process and cost. His website was very organized and clear. His price was very reasonable. Comment: I contacted Brian based on positive reviews others had written about his company. I needed an appraisal very quickly. Or so I thought. Brian was kind enough to spend a fair amount of his time looking into my situation and determined that getting a new appraisal would not actually benefit me.I should also mention that because I thought there was a great hurry, he offered go by my house on the weekend if I decided to get the appraisal. I decided against it but if and when I need one in the future, Ill be calling Brian!
