She’s very professional and dedicated. Whenever we want to tour some houses, (and it was always last minute calls!) she was able to get them shown to us. Comment: Brandon King was my agent and he was outstanding!Before choosing a real estate agent, I got couple of calls from other real estate agents. I conducted a lot of research to see who would be the best choice based on reviews on Google, Redfin & Zillow and how they promote their listings. The Brandon King Home selling Team stood out as the best in the Santa Clarita area and I could tell they put a lot of work into their listings.I spoke with Brandon at 8AM in the morning and then met with him at my house. He was providing objective data regarding how many homes his team sold, how long their listings typically stay on the market, and providing tons of info on comps in the area. I was very concerned that my house, which was old and not many upgrades had been done and in a neighborhood with a couple of similar homes, would be tough to sell. Brandon made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps many other Realtors dont, like having a pro come and give us staging tips (even he changed bulbs himself!), having professional photographs taken, and a lot more. Actually I have done nothing except a few texting with Brandon.When I saw my listing I was blown away. When we decided to buy, we originally had another realtor, after our first showing with the initial realtor, right away I told my husband it wasn’t going to work out. We needed someone who was going to be honest with us and tell us where the good areas were and weren’t and aggressive in our favor. After I expressed my disappointment with the first realtor, he told me he had clicked on a realtor online and she had happened to reach out to him.
