Comment: They are so sweet and accommodating! Top notch customer service and it’s very obvious they take their time with each of their clients. They made my soon-to-be husband’s wedding band and they resized my engagement ring. My fiancé ordered a slight size up because he was nervous about fit, he ordered it online from a different dealer. Blue Diamond did a fabulous job resizing it and it fits perfectly now! There is a VERY slight seam where you can see where it was reconnected after they sized it down but it’s so slight, you have to look really hard. Thank you!!!

Comment: Ravi truly created my dream wedding band. I can not recommend Ravi and Blue Diamond enough! We originally went in to get my fiancé’s wedding band but as soon as Ravi saw my engagement ring, he pulled out a wedding band that he assumed I would like. Spot on. Obviously the rings, diamonds, items, etc speak for themselves. But in addition to the high quality items, Ravi is a huge reason why we stuck with Blue Diamond. He is incredibly friendly and honest. By the end of the process, we felt like he is our friend more so than a vendor. We have officially found our family jeweler and we can’t be more happy after working with Ravi and Blue Diamond!

Comment: My experience with Blue Diamond has been amazing! They are all friendly and welcoming. I brought in family jewels and some ideas for a third generation setting. We started with a solitaire, uncertain whether to create one or two rings. A couple of years later, I brought the solitaire and remaining stones back to be set. The reveal was everything....I could see they were as happy as me! Blue Diamond Jewelers has shown that custom jewelry is affordable and proven that excellent service is priceless.

Comment: Three things I love about Blue Diamond El Segundo:1. Wholesale pricing. Enough said.2. Quality. They took my grandmothers ring that had a wider band with 4 equal sized small diamonds, reshaped it perfectly, and added a center stone. The final result was breathtaking and my fiancé loves it. They offer free cleanings whenever you like, with reminders every 3 months.3. Ravi. He provided me top notch customer service and stayed in constant communication with updates the entire time. He helped me make the engagement ring from start to finish. He educated me in the 4 Cs. He knows what to look for in how a ring is made and sized, and what will make it better. Ravi resized the ring once I proposed in ONE DAY FREE OF CHARGE. I cant imagine having the wonderful of an experience with anyone else. We will undoubtedly be returning to have Ravi help us with wedding bands. 5 stars, would absolutely recommend.

After a lot of searching the Los Angeles area for the right jeweler and the right stone, we were referred to Blue Diamond by a good friend who was also in the market for a ring. On our first visit, Ravi sat with us for well over an hour, teaching us about the stones and helping us narrow down what we liked into what we loved. I came back myself multiple times after that, and comparing their diamonds, their expertise, and their warmth with the other LA jewelers, in the end it was no competition.Ravi and Sandy, the extremely knowledgable diamontologist, worked with me over several weeks until I found the perfect stone...and when that perfect stone happened to be a BIT of a stretch for my bank account lol, they stretched right along with me, and helped me through every step of the process.
