Comment: I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE ENOUGH!!! I brought in some diamond earrings and the owner was very up front with me and said he is only interested in the gold part. He told me how much he would pay but suggested I look around to places that buy diamonds as well to get a better price. SO HONEST! And then I came back later with some silver pieces that I had bought a while ago. I told him how much I had paid for each piece and he explained how much I had got scammed, explaining how cheap silver actually is and how it all works. Without buying or selling him anything, he was kind, patient, and extremely informative. I would recommend this place to everyone!!!!!!!

He helped me out with my 4mm .925 silver Figaro chain bracelet which measured 7.50 and I wanted to reduce its length to 7.25 by removing one small link. Its not that I have particularly slender wrists or anything just it was sliding around on my desk too much when I use my mouse and keyboard. Anyways Manail did quality work at a great price and he also fixed my moms necklace which my little sister broke but she is a teenager so what can you do. Thanks to Manail and Ill be back for future repairs!

Comment: I had a lot of gold jewelry to sell but had been holding onto it for a while due to sentimental reasons. After having owned a re-sale clothing and jewelry store in Texas myself, I had my ideas of how much I wanted for the jewelry and how I expected the buyers to assess the pieces. I chose the top 3 gold exchange stores in the Glendale area based on their online reviews.Bidrussian was the last of the 3 stores I went to. They had the best cleanliness and store presentation from the moment I entered. It even smelled nice like perfume. It was the largest of the stores I chose, with the best lighting and dust-free displays. The buyer was very straight forward about the pricing being based on market gold prices each day. I arranged to come back the next morning to have the buyer give me the quote because I brought so many pieces that he said it would take more than an hour.I brought the same 2 small rings to each of the 3 stores where I was looking to sell. Bidrussian not only offered more than the other 2 pawn shops for the rings, but more than I expected. We separated the jewelry by their different carat grades. The buyer tested each item for authenticity, wrote down the values and gave me a clear total. This was the exact method I used when I was the buyer at my clothing store.Little things ad up because in the end, he offered me $1,300 more than the last store. The best part was that I had 2 uniquely-shaped gold ring sets that I wanted to have appraised. The buyer assessed the carat value on the diamonds, which was exactly the clarity I thought they were.It was a great experience because I wasn’t rushed through the process at all. The buyer was clear and still friendly. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the area. Thanks Manail!

Today was the first time I bought jewelry for a particular person. This person is someone I respect and love, adore and admire. Im a firm believer in that our gifts, no matter how big or small, should at the very least express what that person means to us.The reason why Ive gone to this store for my purchases, or even just advice, is because of my experience. Manail Bidrussian is a patient man, that treats his customers with respect and affords them every courtesy. He has a great selection for every occasion and age.I told Manail basically what I was looking for. He then helped me narrow is down by sections in his store. Then backed off and just allowed me to take my time, and answered all my questions when I had them. When I narrowed it down to two pieces (a little over an hour), he helped me walk through why I, ME, believed either piece to be the right fit for the person I was buying it for. It wasnt about which he thought was better because he said, after all I picked each piece here to be displayed in my store, so I like them all because theres a reason for each one.His attention to detail and care, from the piece itself, to the chain, to the gift box, to the gift bag, to the tissue paper was all about how it was going to make the person I was giving the piece feel. Thats why no matter what jewelry need I have, I know where Im going.Thank you Manail! I have no doubt shes going to love it.(P.S. He purchased it through a friend at a pawn shop and wanted to be sure he had not been cheated.The gentleman I spoke with was very professional and extremely nice. He gave me a general appraisal for free! He told me that if my son had paid a particular price that he and I discussed, the ring was worth at least double, being that it was used.I would definitely recommend this jeweler to anyone. I will be sure to go there for any of my future needs!
