Comment: This place was wonderful!!! I had already purchased a guitar string ring and needed a stone set in it. They were up front and honest about the project. They suggested not to put an expensive stone in it because the way my ring was made it could eventually fall out. **This was because of how the ring was made, not because of the jeweler** So I purchased a cheaper stone for them to set on the ring in case it ever fell out. They did a fantastic job setting the stone and it came out just like I imagined. Don’t waste your time anywhere else go here!

Comment: I had multiple repairs to make - a diamond had fallen out of both my engagement ring and wedding ring; the band on a silver Irish claddagh ring belonging to my late husband snapped; and I had two watches that needed new batteries. I called them to ask about coming in for a quote, which I was a little nervous about because I don’t go out much during this pandemic. They assured me they had many safety precautions and I felt very safe. I shared that these pieces were extremely sentimental since my husband died, and they really cared about my level of comfort. I received a quote for the repairs within a few days which was extremely reasonable, and it was all completed in less than two weeks. I picked it all up today and WOW - my rings look as beautiful as when I first got them. It made me teary looking at them, missing my husband, and remembering the days when I received them. Thank you to this wonderful shop that took such good care of me. I highly recommend them.
