Comment: My wife and i had a pleasant experience. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. No upselling or pushy sales at all. Prices were reasonable with lifetime warranty. Somewhat limited inventory but worth checking out. We found our rings there after all :)

Comment: I thought I just needed a pin for my Seiko dive watch. Unfortunately the repair man was already done for the day so I asked if I could simply buy the pin from them to replace it myself. Then a gentleman (Mike maybe, I’m sorry I’m terrible with names) asked to see the watch and said he’d try to repair it for me since I didn’t want to leave it or have to come back. After looking at it he found out the old pin was rusted in place and needed to be drilled to fix it. I said I’d just take it with me and try to repair it on my own. But the gentleman said he could just remove a link and it would be good to go. After a few more minutes the watch was back on my wrist and I was ready to pay. Then he said it was on him and wouldn’t let me pay for his service.Between the beautiful store and beautiful and friendly sales ladies that worked there, not to mention the gentleman that fixed my watch for free.... I would highly recommend giving this store your business when purchasing a piece of beautiful jewelry for that specific someone. In a world of disappointments, it was amazing to be find such great customer service!

Comment: I was so happy how my mothers ring turned out. I came in with her ring that had a lost diamond and asked if they could just put in a glass diamond as she could not afford a replacement, they did an exceptional job and did not try to up sell me a diamond. My mother is on hospice and I wish I could convey how happy she was with her ring. Ashoori made it look brand new. Thank you Ashoori for making my mother so happy! You did an incredible job!!!!!

Comment: Aloha Tulare county and my many followersHad the pleasure of needing Ashoori Jewelers yesterday 8/22/19. My Russian Watch stopped (its made in Russia what did I expect). Met Mr Ashoori, who took the watch and my fake diamond ring. I met Selena (shes alive and living here!). While looking at mens DIAMOND rings and watches. Mr Suave and Debonair gave me completed watch and ring, suggesting I buy a new ring! Selena had me try on a ring, tiny diamond. Comment: I was introduced to Mike through a friend who had the absolute best experience with him. My friend had gone around from store to store, site to site, and even wholeseller to wholeseller, but landed on Mikes store and Mike provided him with the best service and the best product for the money he was willing to spend.I took my friends advice and I am glad I did. Mike, who by the way is a Gemologist himself, found me the perfect diamond, examined it HIMSELF even though it had its official certification, and approved it for me to be the best diamond he (or I) could find for the money that I was willing to spend. He also worked tirelessly to get me the custom-designed ring expedited with the manufacturer in order for me to have it way ahead of time. He PROACTIVELY kept me updated at least 2 or 3 times a week on the progress and not once I had to ask for status on anything.Bottom line, and I say this wholeheartedly, if youre shopping for a ring, save yourselves time, money, headache, and risk and see Mike and in return, get respect, honesty, transparency, excellence and quality. With Mike, you WILL get the absolute best for the money that youre willing to pay and even more.
