Comment: From the moment I walked into Aquamarine Jewelers I felt welcome. I wanted a custom wedding band made out of a ring I already had. Carmen had started the process with some drawings after I showed her some ideas. Then Aiman came over to help and the three of us came up with my dream ring. I knew absolutely nothing about jewelry and they were so patient with me. My ring was done in a few days and I cannot believe how perfect it is. I will absolutely be back and use Aquamarine Jewelers for all needs!

Comment: This is the BEST most Professional and inviting Jeweler Ive ever been to! They almost feel like family. I had my engagement ring custom made here. Years ago Mike helped design my engagement ring and the Jeweler and owner Simon made it. It was so easy. I just explained what I wanted and Mike helped sketch my design, they made a ring mold from the design to try on and and confirm my ring was what I wanted before it was made and finalized. I was able to hand select each stone too. They made the whole process so easy and enjoyable!Since having my Stunning Engagement ring there and purchasing my wedding band, my husband and I have been back in several times for various jewelry needs.My ring was a little heavy on top and spun on my finger. They tried resizing it a couple times but ended up getting a special piece added so that it wouldnt spin and it wouldnt have to be sized down anymore. What a God send to be able to wear my ring again without any spinning!Simon, Carmen, and his staff have been absolutely fantastic! So helpful and accommodating with any jewelry needs Ive had over the years. I will continue to see him for my jewelry needs for many years to come.I Highly highly recommend You get all of your jewelry here. We went in to get a size adjustment on a bracelet and it was finished in about 20 minutes since the amazing jeweler was available in store today. I had a ring with a complicated band design that I needed resized before Christmas, and it was professionally resized within 3 days of the initial drop-off for a VERY affordable price. The jeweler was even able to preserve the band design perfectly, to the point where I couldn’t tell they had made a cut in the first place. Excellent, reliable, and couldn’t recommend enough!

The ring they ordered wasnt going to fit the gemstone and they adjusted the ring to fit the gemstone for free. All the staff were very kind and helpful. Comment: The Jeweler seemed nice enough and they did allow me to meet a private party I was buying a ring off of there. They did tell me the ring was real etc. and I really appreciated that. I paid them to size my ring that day and I also paid them $65 to appraise my ring. They said they will mail me the results of the appraisal and I never received anything from them. It has been over 2 months. **Update***We finally got in contact and they said that it was accidentally sent to the wrong address. It was sent to a ST instead of AVE and that is why I did not receive it. Im going to pick it up this weekend. They have been great through this whole process and I would definitely go back to them for anything jewelry related. Nice people and great place.

Comment: My fiance and I picked out my engagement ring together at Aquamarine based on their stellar reviews 1 year ago. We had some issues with the small diamonds falling out of the setting but Aquamarine fixed them several times and ended up replacing my entire ring and upgrading the quality because of the hassle on their own. I never had to complain. They are very honest, reliable, and pleasant to work with. I absolutely love that they do in house repairs and sizing quickly. They are very courteous. We can tell that they value quality and it was clear that they gave the manufacturer of my original ring a hard time. I appreciate that they kept in contact with us. We didnt buy a expensive ring, are not local but they still treated us as valued customers. Thank you Simon and Mike for taking good care of us.

Comment: Amazing experience! I found several garnets while hiking in an area with a rich family history. I wanted to create a custom piece of jewelry for my daughters birthday that incorporated the old unpolished stones I found with a new garnet. The idea symbolized the generational connection to the land (old garnets) and the new generation (new garnet), my daughter, that was just learning about the lands history and connection to our ancestors. I took the project to a jeweler in downtown Sacramento who showed minimal interest and did not call me back to continue with my vision for the piece. I heard about Aquamarine Jewelers and they were completely supportive and enthusiastic about the project. Within minutes, we were sketching out ideas and discussing configurations. The next day, we finished the planning and the work began. I was so excited to be working with a team that really cared about the project and appreciated the deep meaning it had for me. The final product was received within a week and turned out amazingly. My daughter loved the necklace and the tears of joy from all of us is a priceless moment we wont forget. Comment: This is a jeweler in the tradition of centuries past when design and service choices were made based on the craft rather than CYA. They have repeatedly done work that other jewelers refuse to do such as resize heirloom sterling silver and engrave heirloom jewelry. Other jewelers COULD do this, but refuse to for fear of litigation. But, the real proof of this shops quality is that other professional jewelers refer customers to Aquamarine. That is how I found them in the first place! You wont go wrong if you choose this establishment for any of your jewelry needs. Their craftsmen work on-site and do excellent work.
