Comment: I found Alltek Restoration in the diamond certified book. They are a fire, smoke and water certified restoration/construction company. They are knowledgeable in dealing with insurance claims when you have suffered a house loss. From the moment I met the owner Andrew, I knew I wanted him to rebuild my house I lost to a fire. He and his work crew were nothing but professional, extremely accommodating, patient, educated and knowledgeable and up to date on the latest trends. They are very understanding and supportive during such a sensitive time. If Andrew was not available, Jake was right there to fill in. Returning emails, phone calls was always within a couple of hours. Jose, the foreman, and Juan took pride in their work, were always punctual, kept me updated on all events and timelines, answered all my questions or concerns and gave me their professional opinions in helping me make informative decisions during the construction of my house. The job site was never left messy or unsafe and was always secured during the whole time of construction. They took much pride in their work. I am so satisfied and happy with my house they built me. I cannot recommend Alltek Restoration enough. They truly were a godsend in such a time of need and I am so grateful for them.

Comment: Great work, great personnel, great communication, great management, great analysis of what the problems were...what other words can I say but great. After a rainstorm in November 2021 we had water intrusion from the second floor balcony of my Moms house into the downstairs living room which also resulted in mold that needed to be remediated. They identified the problem and also other problems which resulted in widespread repairs, but they did a great job with them, kept in great communication, and even hooked us up with an independent adjuster when the insurance company started to give us grief about paying for the repairs (which eventually they did) and also a flooring company to install new laminate which had been damaged by the water intrusion. Their personnel was always friendly and competent and the management (Andrew and Jake) were second to none. I have nothing but good things to say about Alltek, and I would not hesitate to hire them again if I ever need to./3.

Comment: Our rental home burnt to the ground. A good friend referred us to Andy after we had been bombarded with outside contractors. They all seemed eager to get into the insurance proceeds, but asked few details about the house or our ideas. Then we met Andy and he asked way more questions of us than we of him. You build and earn trust, we were comfortable with his suggestions, he watched out for the insurance funds to get us the biggest bang for our dollar. The crew is professional, helpful and extremely sharp in details. Bottom line, AllTek, and Andy and his entire field and office crew are superb craftsman in every sense of the word. We told Andy to use us as a referral anytime, you can photos of his work on our newly constructed home on a realtor website, so feel free to contact him and well tell you how pleased we were with AllTek !!

Comment: We had a pipe break and it destroyed our entire kitchen. We chose Alltek Restoration. They went over the entire process with us and even assisted us in understanding our homeowners policy. The owner, Andrew Easton always made himself available to any questions we had along the way. We had a unique situation since we have several animals. Andrew and his staff made sure the area was secure for our pets while the construction was going on. They made sure we knew what was happening each step of the way. They were always helpful and professional. Now we have a beautiful kitchen! Thank you to Andrew and all of the Alltek staff for making a terrible situation doable.

Comment: Alltek remodeled our house after a dryer fire. Not only do they know how to navigate the process of working with homeowners insurance, but they also build beautiful and quality homes. The process was so easy and so fast, ending with gorgeous results. The PM suggested some innovative ideas to make good use of space and maximize out budget. The owner Andrew is fantastic to work with, as is the rest of the staff. We couldnt be happier we chose Alltek!
