Comment: As an out of town buyer, I was hesitant about investing in LA. Jonny was fantastic. He gave a great overview of the DTLA market and was extremely knowledgeable about market conditions, comps and the future developments that were coming up. I was impressed with the preparation he did to make the most use of my time and he was able to answer all of my many, many questions. Unlike other agents, who seem more motivated by getting a deal done, Jonny actually advised me against a certain deal because of litigation issues and the belief that there was a better property for me, even if it meant more work for him. Hes smart, hard-working and has great communication. After a couple months, we closed on a property. I was so impressed with him as my agent, that I also retained him to lease out my property.
