These guys have dealt with my wife and I with the highest level of professionalism, explaining what they can do before hand, and executing flawlessly.If the idea of finding a decent jeweler stresses you out, come here and call it a day. Great place and people, you wont be disappointed.My wifes review - (We live far away and this is the only jeweler we will come to in the north state. They are honest, knowledgeable, and friendly craftsmen. They beat the big box stores to a pulp in the superior quality that Abla offers.For context. We bought my wedding band and wanted to change the diamond in it to a family stone. J*red’s told us it was impossible and we would have to do custom, which would cost thousands. The place we bought his ring recommended Abla, so we came here. They explained their whole process, the price was awesome, the quality is amazing, and it was very quick. Their customer service is also incredible.A couple months later, my ring got damaged. We sadly went to J*red’s because it was close by, and I’m so disappointed we didn’t start at Abla. J*red’s refused to fix a crack in the band and stated it was impossible. J*red’s charged a ton for the shoddy work they deigned to do. So we went to Abla. We walked in and he not only said it was something he could fix, he also explained the process, gave us the eyepiece to see for ourselves, told us the reasonable cost up front, and did a complimentary annual check on the prongs and stones as well.I will only ever come to Abla, and recommend them to anyone who is looking for a jeweler. Their customer service and skill is incredible, and I’m very picky.)

Comment: I’ve been here a few times throughout the years and they still recognize me !!! Excellent family owned shop and Excellent customer service. My last visit I had brought in a smaller 14k gold rope to pawn. Mind you this rope was broken. After weighing my options with a pawn, I was shown a thicker, shinier-cut 10k gold rope that I could trade for instead. I was instantly sold. Even though the chain had lesser karat value, the brilliance and clarity of the links in the chain is what made it stand out. I appreciate the consideration of these guys, and plus they have a huge selection.

Thank you guys for the help! Omar took the time to answer our questions, offer other options, and seemed to genuinely want to help. My son ended up being able to trade in his broken necklace (bought off letgo), and use that value price towards nugget earrings hes been wanting for a while, and at a reasonable price. Alba Jewelers not only had a few art deco bands to choose from they also had a band that perfectly complemented mine! I was shocked and thrilled. Comment: Cross posting from yelp!My now fiance went with Abla jewelers through the recommendation of a coworker. He was told that he would be treated like family- which I am sure is a standard line in sales- but with Abla he actually felt that he was.The bling-absolutely beautiful GIA certified diamond. It literally took my breath away when I saw it. We have previously shopped around all the major jewelry stores in Sac and have researched a ton online at bluenile and james allen and I am confident in saying we got a great deal!Fiances experience- I am not 100% on the details but I know he was able to communicate with Omar by text and would get prompt responses. Omar even offered to text in Spanish so I couldnt read it 😂😂 LOL. They presented him with an excellent selection of diamonds and took great care in helping him select the right one for us at an absolute steal of a price. My fiance says he felt very comfortable throughout and there was no pressure.The store- off Arden, very low key and no fuss but to me this was a positive. Even though we were planning on spending a good amount on our ring, I always found myself getting intimidated by the bigger stores, so being a smaller store worked out great for me. We were offered tea, coffee or water within a minute of getting there which I thought was nice :)I went back to have my ring resized and have a few cosmetic updates to the band. They were very attentive when listening to what I was looking for and I am excited to see what it looks like when I pick it up!Overall I highly would recommend and I plan on going back to purchase a watch and our wedding bands. If you are looking for a jeweler that is going to take their time to listen to you and educate you to make sure you know what youre getting, stop in here!Ps. At Abla they abla espanol 🥁
