Comment: Best estate sale company ever!! My siblings and I hired Michelle & Scott to handle my grandfather’s estate. There was so much stuff and we were extremely overwhelmed. They organized, took pictures and priced everything. We made 4 times the amount we thought we could!! The house was almost empty after 2 days so we had nothing to worry about. I highly recommend A Better Solution Estate Sales.

Michelle has a wonderful spirit and tells you how it is, which is a welcome relief in today’s world of overstating and falsehoods. Comment: Our family hired A Better Solution Estate Sales to handle my grandparents estate and were extremely happy with the results. They actually made us 3x the amount we expected! They explained exactly how the whole process worked step by step, which helped us because we were so overwhelmed. Michelle Naylor and her staff were very professional, kind and understanding of our situation. At the end they assisted us in getting the whole property cleaned out & ready to be sold. Comment: I needed extra help clearing out my moms house after she passed away in California, while I live in Boston. Mom never threw anything out, and her house was an overwhelming mix of nice things, hoarded household goods, personal papers/ photos and trash.After clearing the worst of the trash, I interviewed two estate sale companies and chose Michelle Naylor and a Better Solution Estate Sales. Michelle charged a lower commission, no credit card fees, and she was flexible about adding items as I found them in offsite storage, all of which set her apart from the other company.This was one of the best decisions of my year. Michelle and team were reliable, thorough, honest, flexible, prompt and her estimated range of what the sale would bring in was accurate. I didnt have to do anything to prepare other than label the items we wanted to keep out of the sale.  Once the sale was over, Michelle and team cleared out the house completely for a lower price than the trash dumpster I rented early on.On top of all that, Michelle was responsive and compassionate throughout the process. I highly recommend A Better Solution to anyone in a similar situation!

Comment: I don’t take time to write many reviews but this one is a little different. It’s difficult to know what’s the truth, what’s fake marketing hype and who can be trusted to just hand over your family’s heirlooms and belongings and hope for the best that a stranger has your best interest in mind. By “Best Interest” I mean YOUR Best interest. You’re trusting someone you’ve never met to realize maximum sales potential, treat the situation with respect, FIERCELY protect not only your belongings but your home as well.I was a real client and my sale recently and highly successfully completed. The only thing I have to gain is: 1. to show my appreciation to Michelle and Scott for an above expectation job and 2. Hope this review finds its way to at least one person struggling, stressing, worrying, etc. the way I was.Was I skeptical? Of course I was...I quickly found out I was way over my head dealing with the massive amounts of Antiques, Collectables, and everyday household items. I interviewed 2 companies before Michelle. I knew immediately I found the right one, my search was over. Her Team jumped into action on an unimaginable task digging through box after box in every area of the house, filthy garage included. They carefully organized, cleaned, accurately priced, and arranged my home like an Actual Boutique in a very organized fashion and in little time. Each room had a Theme...I did nothing, they did it all. The sale went spectacular, they cleaned up after the sale, paid immediately, and offered options on remaining items.This ones a “No Brainer”, I’m comfortable guaranteeing you won’t be disappointed and you won’t find a better service, period. I should mention I come from a long line of Antique Dealers and can spot who’s legit and who’s not so I was pretty critical with my questions.Make the call, I’ll put my money where my mouth is any day, any time on this one.
